  1. Good luck selling. You have to disclose the horrible mismanagement and fees due. No one will buy. Many years ago I was almost ready to purchase a condo until I found horrible mismanagement from the HOA resulted in zero reserves. I killed the deal instantly. I’m glad I did. A few years later they had severe financial troubles like this complex.
