  3. Lula was not preaching the right sermon. Zelensky does not want to hear about peace. His handlers want to keep China out and have designs on India so he speaks to them. Brazil is not important to them so Lula could be ignored. Keep up this game and the global south will keep moving away from the NATO bunch.
