  1. That statement only makes sense if it was a battle in the middle of the sea. The Russian Navy is firing on land and the land based systems are firing back.

  2.  @MausMasher54  If the Neptune is so great why do they need any other missiles from others? Won't it make more sense to ask for land based weaponry that can be used in Donbas? Surely they have more than 1 Neptune. Something is seriously fishy. Seems like a story to boost morale again.
