  1. This would have been a lot more informative if the 90% oil ban was put in terms of money paid to Russia at this date say for hydrocarbons (oil and gas combination). Is it 30% of the total? 40% ??

  3.  @blacklion8208  I see your logic but I do not think its that simple at all. If it was then no country will ever go in recession. The people at the central banks are surely a lot more knowledgeable on this than any of us on this forum so if they do not enact the reductions in tax there must be a reason.

  5.  @Mr1957214  if they strongly believe join the war. Do not enter Russia so there is no threat to Russia proper and so no need for Putin to resort to nuclear. If they do not strongly believe then they need to stop pretending.
