I wonder who was prejudiced here? See, it's obvious she was inquiring about her ethnic origin. If the query had come from another black person, I doubt very much the person asked would have belligerently doubled down on their first answer.

@ANDREWHALL28 That's her perception, which may well be biased because the lady is white.

Stop social justice fanaticism.

@ANDREWHALL28 If the question had been posed by a black dignitary, I doubt this would be an issue at all.

@Andy Hall Her name isn't extremely unusual. I know someone called Ngozi. It's clearly obvious what's happened here and any rational and reasonable person can see this for what it is. But we're not dealing with reasonable people. We're dealing with social justice fanatics steeped in critical race theory who see racism everywhere and always in all things. I find it highly unlikely and quite extreme to assert that the Lady Hussey didn't believe Ngozi was from the UK. I think it's fair to assume that she was enquiring about the origins of her ancestry.

@MrAlekszajac No, the problem was the lady was subjected to unreasonable double standards.

@patsimpson7834 Agreed, I don't see anything offensive here.

Ridiculous comparison. Plenty of white people in America ask other white people about their origins with the old continent. If the question had been posed by another black person, I doubt very much the respondent would have taken offence. It's the poor white lady that's being picked on here.

@Mark Haddow In Australia? Quite common actually.
