  1. Because russia cant afford prisoner of war camps, cant afford to feed their own troops, who have to steal to survive...so why would they feed prisoners. Also, russia isnt returning their own soldiers bodies home as they dont want to pay the families death benefits to save money. Russians are so cheap. Thank god russia is running out of money and india stopped buying russian oil. Soon russia wont be able to pay its soldiers....then they all pack up and go home Ukraine wins by attrition.
