  1. Most of these ships were built in Poland in the 1980s, only 3 built this century. Each of them can only hold about a dozen tanks and 300 troops. So if all 12 filled up the most the could land is 144 tanks and 3,600 troops. Not much of an invasion force AT ALL! . Easily taken out with neptunes, harpoons, exocets, penguins, Robot 17s, Sea eagles, SPEARs, Komets, ...and pretty much all MANPADS within 5 miles.....wouldnt want to be on them trying to get near shore! Sitting ducks!

  7.  @janvandermeer6159  I agree with you on that last point, I think Putin is just using this as a brag, when he has no intentions of doing it. Maybe it is to try to take forces away from the donbas, but they dont need them near odessa to wait for an invasion that isnt coming. The local forces there can take out anything that would try.
