  1. Doesnt make sense. More than likely there is an actual valid reason. Either 1) It had been hit by drones and he didnt want people to see the damages and laugh at him, or 2) Typical russian tofu construction and walls full of mold causing him health problems....cheaper to tear down than repair. Fear of frequent drone attacks means there had been frequent drone attacks on the property
