  1. They said that months ago....but HIMARS are still hitting 95% of the time. The countermeasure was scrambling in individual GPS signal frequency. Ukrainians figured out to change the GPS frequency so now the russians original fix doesnt work unless they guess the exact frequency each time which is impossible, as they change them all the time now.
