  1. This is just another bluff or feint.....first they thought if they hinted about using nukes (By any and all means), hoping the west would crumble and drop support due to worry about MAD. But everyone figured out russia cant sell radioactive goods, cant send workers into radioactive area, cant put settlements into a radioactive area......plus with the russians in ukraine, Putin doesnt want to be remembered as the guy who killed his own people....plus if russia uses then the west can use and russia loses that battle....so nukes are out. BUT.....if you can use reverse psychology and say ukraine is going to use a dirty bomb, and most people will AUTOMATICALLY think..."AH HA!...Russia is going to use a dirty bomb. Then who wants to go into an area where they might get radiated? So this is just a scare tactic to scare ukraine into stopping its advance.....but again, as you say...to easy to detect where it came from...so russia isnt going to use any dirty bombs...this is just to gain some time to mobilize troops out of kherson and into donbas....its a delay tactic.
