  4.  @mikropower01  russia will have to pay all loans as part of war reparations to ukraine anyways, so the loans are fine with ukraine.

  5.  @brunosapateiro44  russia doesnt have the technology, labour, parts or maintenance to get those resources out of the ground anymore...plus cant sell them to anyone. the rest of the world can access and sell their resources.
