BUT....Putin said they had destroyed ALL the HIMARS launchers....and ALL the HIMARS ammo depots...so there are no rockets left....no launchers left....and on top of that russia said they had radar jammers that stopped all HIMARS rounds from hitting their targets! you mean THEY LIED?????
