  1. Congratulations to Indonesia. It's very expensive, though. More than twice the cost per km compared to the high-speed railway line we just completed in Denmark ($23 mill/km in Denmark versus $51 mill/km in Indonesia). Maybe it's because of the many mountains in Java.
