  1. India's aircraft carrier INS Vikrant was designed and built in India from 2009-2013, when it was launched. After lengthy trials, it was commissioned in 2022. China's Fujian carrier was built from 2015-2022, and is expected to be commissioned later this year (2024).

  3.  @xuli3961  The term 'commissioned' doesn't say anything about the quality of the ship, it doesn't mean the ship is without flaws. Commissioned just means that it is now serving as an active part of the navy, no longer doing trials.
