  1. All it takes is for people and governments to realize that old people are not necessarily obsolete. They may not know the latest technologies, but they have a wealth of experience in work and life. They may not be able to, or want to, work 30 hours a week, but they also don't need to. They've already bought everything they want in life and only need money for food, clothes, medicine, and maybe some travel. They have no interest in buying the latest iPhone or the latest car. They couldn't care less. So they can work, and they are not expensive.
