Or you can eat spinach, which has twice as much iron as sugar cane juice for the same amount. In my understanding, spinach is a very commonly grown vegetable in India and should be easy to find.

10:47 "The global rise in fame of Panela, as a healthy alternative to sugar". Whoa, whoa, whoa, where did that come from? What is the evidence that Panela is more healthy? It's still sugar, just with more fiber and impurities in it. Does that mean that I can buy some plain, white sugar, drizzle a bit of fiber and dust over it, and it becomes more healthy?
