A few more bits to add to the video: There's no such thing as 'super foods'. There's also no such thing as 'dangerous foods'. Eat in moderation, eat a varied diet, most of the food you eat should be as close to its original form as possible, i.e. a chicken drumstick instead of a chicken nugget, a fresh apple instead of apple sauce. You can still eat chicken nuggets and apple sauce, but keep it low.

@BernhardWelzel I don't think there is any food, approved by the FDA or other authorities, that is unhealthy in small quantities. If I eat one bag of potato chips once a year, or a Mars bar once a year, it will never have any negative impact on my life. (As it is, I eat less than a bag of potato chips and less than a Mars bar every year. Not for health reasons, but just because I think there is so much other, better food to eat).

@RealMTBAddict Nobody has to, but some people are daredevils.

@RealMTBAddict Well, if you have to, extreme moderation.

@RealMTBAddict I have no arguments in favour of eating poison and I wouldn't personally do it.

@rosalie.e.morgan Certainly potentially dangerous. In the case of Fugu, if it is prepared improperly, and for milk, if it contains dangerous pathogens. However, raw milk is used for cheese all over France and some other countries with almost no examples of people who got sick from it. Lots of raw vegetables may also be contaminated, as may meats if stored improperly. Even water can potentially be dangerous if it contains pathogens, heavy metals or certain chemicals. These are all just a result of us being part of nature. Biological life exists by eating each other, and sometimes we're the ones getting eaten.
