  1. It's not unfair. There are many steps and processes from their head to your head. And many hands to go through, all of which need a cut (of the money, not the hair). A sheep gives its hair away for free, but a wool sweater is still expensive.

  6. "People don't part with their hair unless they need money, or they do it for religious reasons". I'm pretty sure most people part with their hair because they want to change their hairstyle, or they just need a haircut.

  9.  @NaturalNihilist  Ok, I've never sold my hair, but if someone wants to buy it I have no problem with that. It's free to grow and I even pay to have someone cut it off. If someone will pay me $10 for it I'd be quite happy.
