'A war instigated by a major power which does not itself become involved.' 1. The war was NOT instigated by the US. The US did NOT encourage, persuade, cajole or pressure Putin to invade Ukraine. He chose to do it, of his OWN free will. Putin has NEVER claimed, 'I didn't want to invade Ukraine, the US made me'. 2. The US is involved. It is the biggest supplier of weapons, ammunition, hardware, training etc. Putin HIMSELF has complained about American involvement!
