He did not mention NATO soldiers being in Ukraine. No NATO troops are in Ukraine, just lots of NATO weapons. Which, you can't complain about, either. As, Putin is being supplied with weapons & ammo by: China, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Belarus, India, Eritrea.
