  1. Playing the lottery is really just contributing to someone else's dream. And of course this would impact poor people the most, because the ultra-rich have no incentive to play the lottery and they have zero tolerance toward being taxed. So yes, lottery funds should go towards benefitting poorer people. And honestly, the bigger the jackpot you win, the more you become a target for financial predators and the more likely you are to get murdered for your millions. 13:05 - Col🇴rado.
