  7. Ruben! Thanks for this video. I'd never heard of the place, but after watching I think it's a winner. It's pretty, human-scaled, safe for pedestrians AND cars. It's got problems just like all planned places. No one seems to be able to plan for ALL the needs: that only comes from places that just grow with only minimal planning. People will build everything they need if given enough time and little interference... but this sure is a good alternative. Thanks again!
