This includes civilian casualties from mines laid by the separatist terrorists in the Donbass to prevent a ukrainian advance. The rest of the dead civilians are largely due to Russia's limitless supply of artillery and ammunition to the separatists. They have been making ruthless use of this supply for the past 8 years, led by murderers and war criminals like Girkin.
