Well in the Budapest Memorandum, Ukraine officially handed over its nuclear weapons to Russia and in return received from Russia comprehensive security guarantees and a promise never to become a target of aggression. Even a tree of friendship was planted by two official government representatives as a symbol of these guarantees. Putin probably had his table made from this tree...

  8. ​ @HamadySall-nk3ek  Moscow was founded in 1147 by the Kiev prince Yuri Dolgorukiy and not the other way around. After that, Russia was Mongolian territory for over 200 years and not the other way around. Russia has no historical claims to anything.
