Waiting for the Blueprint afternoon rave movement.

Hey Bryan, I hope you're planning a Blueprint presence in Europe too - shipping and customs costs are still steep at the moment. See you in the future.

Aubrey de Gray calls it the “pro-aging trance.” Practically everything that goes wrong in our society can be traced back to the fact that people don't have open horizons and don't believe in the future.

Indeed, overcoming unhealthy social conventions starts with sitting. (But it's not easy to write this comment upside down under my chair with my legs behind my head.)

@MoTheFcker Listen to his other lectures and interviews. He is an idealist who wants to save as many people as possible and not one who preaches water but drinks wine.

Two pioneers show that overcoming unhealthy social conventions starts with sitting. ✊️ (But it's not easy to write this comment upside down under my chair with my legs behind my head.)

@darks6199 The price issue becomes even worse when you consider that our parents and grandparents need it even more than we do...
7
@BryanJohnson Thanks for your reply. I look forward to it. Then all we need next are Mc Blueprint chains as Mc Donalds competition for the population : )
6
@Morgan-Zolko The entire Middle East as well. They even want it as fast as possible.
6
@hbbstn You don't have to be a millionaire to be able to afford $62 CAD a month. However, the entire protocol costs a little over 1600 USD per month... But it will probably become much cheaper with larger quantities in the future.
5
You really shouldn't have a calorie deficit when you have pneumonia, but rather give your body more energy to fight. Otherwise, a BMI of 21 isn't a problem as long as you don't feel weak. I have a BMI of 20, bench press over 100kg and haven't been sick a single day in 15 years.
4
@SiberiaDreams It tastes really good but try mixing the nutty pudding yourself with fresh nuts every now and then.
3
@dettrax Yes, $1,600 per month is too much for many, but you will already be healthier than 99% of the fast food society if you focus on perfect sleep, exercise, intermittent fasting, no sugar, but nuts, vegetables, berries and good olive oil every day. This should work well enough as a time machine into the unknown future.
3
@dettrax Well, see you in the future then. Aging, illness, work and capitalism will end in this century.
3
@kungpao_spaghetti5109 If the manufacturer doesn't test for heavy metals, no one knows.
3
@Mariam_2909 You shouldn't eat anything late in the day at all. Any digestion process reduces the depth of sleep, so intermittent fasting should begin as early as possible.
2
Nope, Van Damme's volvo truck split is the best Ad ever.
2
Unfortunately no, Lindt 70% contains 25% sugar, which is just unhealthy.
2
Definitely not, firstly the cow's milk proteins bind many polyphenols and make them ineffective. Therefore, never combine green tea or berries with milk. And secondly, milk is for growing mammals and is full of growth factors. It's good if you want to grow, but unfortunately cancer wants to grow the most in adults. Therefore, you should avoid all whey protein etc.
2
@LVArturs Indeed, in Europe we are lucky that there are a few olive oils that have over 1000mg of polyphenols.
2
@Goatmaximusssss Do you realize that despite only consuming 2200 calories a day, he can bench press over 100 kg and that he has to increase his testosterone level because of the plant based calorie restriction? I also eat more than twice as much protein as him, but it's not about blindly imitating everything.
2
@secondary4952 Just wait a little longer. Bryan is currently setting up logistics for Europe.
2
He has already announced this in a previous comment and is also planning an Amazon presence.

See you in the future.

@sergioruiz9425 People like Bryan or Abrey de Gray who fight against death itself are the only truly honest philanthropists.
1
@saibot0 Indeed, customs wanted to know more about what was includet in the “Essential Softgel Daily". Maybe they've seen too many spy movies. Most of the gels there are explosive.
1
@saibot0 Indeed, in my case customs wanted to know more about what was includet in the “Essential Softgel Daily".
1
@darks6199 But I suspect that prices will fall by more than 50 percent as quantities increase. By the way, “De Carlo Olio extra virgin” is also an excellent olive oil and cheap in Europe.
1
@donaldpump1282 Well, blueberries are not the problem. I live in Bavaria near the Alps and you would think that Europe is swimming in high quality olive oil... But if you read enough books like this: Extra virginity. The Sublime and Scandalous World of Olive Oil. By Mueller, Tom Then you realize that the food industry is a mafia without any scruples and it is almost impossible for someone without their own lab to find out who is serious about quality. Don't die (before singularity) is serious, what intention could be more trustworthy?

@AndreyMakarov-i7h Wrong, if you really believe in an eternal heavenly afterlife, this world has no meaning or value except as an entry ticket. Fanatical Muslims behave in an absolutely rational way in accordance with this worldview. Just like Etruscans or other cultures that joyfully celebrated the death of their loved ones as an entry into a better world. This is only logical because after all you will spend more millennia in paradise than seconds on earth. Christians who cry at a grave don't really believe otherwise they would rejoice from the bottom of their hearts. That applies to 99,9%. The “belief” in God in the West is not a belief but a collective fearful hope.
1
@hbbstn Is it that bad? Well, I am from bavaria.
1
1
@LenkaSaratoga Yes, my chiropractor was happy too and said I could come in all week...
1
@LenkaSaratoga Do you know the book? "The Worm at the Core: On the Role of Death in Life" by psychologist Sheldon Solomon? It's about the theory that our entire culture is built on the repression of the consciousness of death and the distraction from its certainty. Roughly speaking, "we" drink and smoke so we don't have to look into the abyss.
1
@LenkaSaratoga That's really cool. Well, I think he has a point when you consider that the Epic of Gilgamesh, the oldest written story in the world, is about the search for immortality, that the pyramids are ultimately just an attempt at ancient "cryonics" chambers and that the first Chinese emperors were also obsessed with the subject. Distraction/escape or fight have been our reflexes regarding our transience for at least 4000 years.
1
@LenkaSaratoga Oh, and I'm writing from beautiful Bavaria, near Munich.
1
So far so good...
1
100% chocolate 0% sugar.
1
Bryan knows that he hasn't made any immortal enemies by criticizing AG1 influencers. 😄
1
@darkmind4881 My mother is also 64 and she has been training hard for her first pull-up for six months and has started with short mountain interval runs.
1
Nut milk.
1
@docmorph195 Exception, olive oil, there are oils with more than twice the polyphenols in Europe. When it comes to cocoa, there are also suppliers from cadmium-poor areas in West Africa that only cost half as much. The problem is that blueprint represents the most trustworthy quality standard you can imagine. No other brand is so serious about ensuring that their customers don't die. Nobody else tests for contaminants as much.
1
It's nut milk, for him avoiding cow's milk is probably so obvious that he doesn't mention it specifically.
1
@secondary4952 Just wait a little longer. He is currently building logistics for Europe. Blueprint will sooner or later be available everywhere, including on Amazon in India.
