  1. DDA is a disaster! However, the offshoot of this can be seen in outside Delhi! The same Mafia has moved out of Delhi and ruined other states. Especially small towns and Hill states. NCR is a Hole, and nobody wants to die in the hole. There are no buyers people would rather go back to their villages and towns! Nobody is even buying flats in small towns of Haryana! Total catastrophe!
