  1. NE politics still doesn't impact at the National level. They swing in favour of the ruling party. The real politics plays out else where, especially in the Gobar belt, or cow belt! Hindutva cannot play out it's UP brand politics in the NE. Over 80 percentage are Christian and many consume beef including Rijuji, Meghalaya minister and the entire lot. This election is all hype. The real politics is going to happen after this.
