  1. Maybe the Russian migrants all have clothes that need washing? Not very convincing evidence without Blinkin saying what scheme specifically is being exploited. Seems more likely to me that smuggling chips like Russia would be good at (especially counterfeit goods as their friendly neighbour China is best at...) before they'd buy appliance to strip for parts. Why wouldn't they just fill the machines with chips instead of moving boatloads of metal drums? That makes no sense at all lol
