  1. Why are you even pretending the covid death toll reported by China is accurate? Seriously, it's not a conspiracy theory that Chinese data are manipulated, it's been confirmed repeatedly. From stock markets and real estate markets to energy and infrastructure like trains and dams, to pollution controls and rolling blackouts to invasions of and exploitation of neighbours with resources like water in Tibet or Mongolian minerals. It's insane to assume assume 1.3 bln people crammed together in tiny shoebox condos, packed in transit and factories so lax on human rights they install suicide nets - it's insane to pretend their claims of 5,000 deaths lead to a lockdown of shanghai "preventatively". Like seriously. It's more likely they're burning bodies for fuel with the plastics they import than it is likely their data are accurate and not intentionally deceptive.
