  1. Just because we don't know the largest possible number doesn't mean we don't understand arithmetic... The premise is wrong, we understand ai, someone writes the algorithm and plans it meticulously. Also, AI doesn't "grow/learn on its own" , we provide power, prompts, training data and methodology. If ai is new and unknown maybe we should try to educate people in reporting g pieces instead of guessing for dramatic effect?
