  1. Since when does the term conflict of interest not immediately carry with it implied applicability as would be the case in any other trade universally? Such a bullshit argument "its not in the constitution" isn't an argument. The Internet isnt mentioned in the constitution but free speech was always still implied because its applicable. Just like conflict of interests are ubiquitous and cross platform in every walk of life from churches and schools to military officers and courtrooms.
