  4. Gregory Navasarkian you, like the news, are only looking at one side of the price of oil. The currency play on OPEC oil as it is priced in USD is equally weighted to the issues over infrastructure and inventories we're talking about today. Russia's play to dominance is focused on its military and its economy. Putin need only wait for the right time. All of what you say is true, but it's only important today because supply is the only discussion on the table.
