  1. 1:51:18 what really fascinates me about health buffs is they never ever question if it's normal for the body to be deprived of something at all times. Allergies to kids on a farm, muscle to tears, impact for bone density, damage and distress in chronic doses generally provides benefits. If you take 10,000 supplements and diet and stuff to give the body everything it needs maybe that's not going to lend itself to "health span" at all. If you treat your body like a spoiled child why would we not consider it might react like a brat with the slightest deficiency over time? It's probably healthier to be unhealthy and healthy at the same time, and supplements are probably a waste of money for most people most of the time.
