They're making aid efforts more efficient by having camps to help shelter, health-care and education of migrants in citizenship limbo. Money seized, if used entirely to support refugees, seems like a lesser evil than being bombed back home. That's the cost of secure redundancy in almost all cases even with servers. The more fungible the token the less resources required to manage it until fraud becomes a factor. Safe to say the current system rewarding banks for fraud then fining them 1% of their illicit gains is more costly to the publicly, arguably. If energy weren't an environmental concern (with nuclear power plants for eg) btc would be ubiquitous already.

American law makers are career politicians, not economists. And economists are learning from and following deprecated metrics (as evidenced by the FED's complete and total lack of ability to forecast even a week or two down the road). America makes trade deals to realize the most profit, because they measure wealth and productivity as measured from GDP. They don't account for purchasing power or the labor market's needs when making trade agreements. America doesn't set out to make bad deals, they're just really near sighted. They see the profit and benefit from the top stratum of the market, and neglect the causal effects it has on the public at large. Example, Canada has lots of trees. If America needs lumber, they can benefit from a trade deal with Canada. What happened? America renegged on the trade deal after they realized how many people they put out of work, and the costs associated with buying from Canada and found that having the jobs locally or imposing a tariff was the only way to look out for their own interests. It's incompetence that makes these trade deals not work for America. TPP is different in that it exposes taxpayers to corporate lawsuits for environmental protection or other progressive initiatives. Ergo, TPP is not your run of the mill trade deal, and NAFTA didn't work because politicians that set it up didn't look past the clear cost savings to see the impact on the rest of the population.

I understand that homeopathy requires dilution, my point is taking raw herbs with only small percentages of active ingredients produce dramatic effects, so it stands to reason that there are many herbs that can be diluted and still affect the body to a lesser degree. I apologize if that wasn't clear.

  109. jktomas alright let me make this clearer.... if THC is effective at 13% concentration naturally, a pure extract diluted 100 times will still affect the body measurably. I agree most homeopathy is bs but it's not entirely accurate to say it does nothing physiologically because it just depends on the strength of the active ingredient you're starting with. Like arsenic has been shown to significantly affect mice heart rates diluted over 1000 times. It's not enough to poison them but it's enough to affect the heart rate because of its potency. There are a great many examples of this from cyanide and nicotine to cocaine and poppy opiods, salvia, peyote etc etc etc. They all have empirical effects on the body in extremely low concentrations.  Hopefully that's clearer

The answer to medhi is "a party can be islamic, in that they restrict their membership, but a competing party may gain more support with the same values but minus the restriction of requiring faith as a prerequisite. So a party can be islamic without pushing a Muslim agenda because its purpose assumes the people are already devout. It's not necessary to promote your faith politically if the government is fair and true.
