  2. Digilante Jane president would be a good place to start. Saying "you lie" used to be punishable by death if unsubstantiated... Maybe extreme, but certainly a valiant methodology if punitive controls were commensurate with the offence I'd be happy to lock up outright defamatory serial wolf-criers. The first amendment does not cover yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre.
