  2. Why has this taken so long? I provided free cad renders to scale and cut sheets for costs of modular affordable housing 8 years ago. By letter, email, website and phone calls and social media. I keep showing them how to make affordable housing so individuals on minimum wage can build equity and borrow cheaply for major life events, but they respond with brochures unrelated to my letters. I participate in town halls, I badger local leaders campaigning, and I've applied for grants and university faculty support. Nobody WANTS to fix the problem because everyone is so heavily vested already. They don't want solutions until the theatre of politics deems it pressing.
