In case anyone questioned the difference between educated and intelligent, a judge of a free speech democracy felt a violent coup made more sense than getting elected into government to change the system... Having already been elected to office before. A judge who refuses to pay taxes... Who served in government... Who prosecutes criminals and was paid by tax revenues.
