It seems the mentality in china is to get rich rob others then gtfo because sucxsss isn’t celebrated while in America many are seen as near gods due to there accomplishments which then leads others to either become motivated or envious . When people get wealth in America they tend to reinvest it also locally and even if it’s not kept onshore they still spend a lot of it in the local economy

So millennial generation had the support of 2 other generations savings in total 3..and it seems much of that wealth has already been siphoned in return for unfinished homes and low quality and potentially hazardous semi completed villages. How can they expect gen z to want to take on this burden until they see the generation before them get paid off for there hard work. Literally if home prices don’t increase china is doomed because that’s where the wealth was stashed and now has been converted to tofu dreg . Just because they say it’s worth X amount doesn’t mean so if it’s not a liquid market
