  1. Consider: successful business people are likely to be conservatives, so how does the MSM, run by successful businessmen, end up liberal? This is the first layer of govt-corp "cooperation", as in "one hand washes the other": the govt needs a clueless, disturbed populace, so it can, basically, "ride to the rescue". The corps don't care about politics so they are willing to adopt any political stance if they are sufficiently "compensated", favored, given special treatment, overtly or covertly ("we'll listen even more attentively to the lobbyists you send us"). Second level: Operation Mockingbird, eh?
