  1. Improper tax returns wouldn't rise to the level of "impeachable offense", anyway. Blowin' smoke! They can make no rational appeal to reason, so they can only push emotional buttons, and hope they can raise a tide of fanatical voters sufficient to make a difference--THE difference!
