Divination is grimy business: seldom actually USEFUL, vague/imprecise, and of dubious origin. Do you imagine your dream world is pristine and isolated from the psychic atmosphere that surrounds you constantly?! You can divine the meaning of your own dreams to the degree that you KNOW YOURSELF. There is statistical evidence that some dream symbolism is universal, representing common human characteristics. But the further inference that the MEANING of any of these common symbols is the same for everyone, while tempting, is not definitive. It's a theoretical rabbit hole...not useful...
