  1. There exists a deeply-ingrained (genetically-learned?) superstition about "talking ill of the dead". I imagine the idea is that the dead will hear you and "haunt" you with revenge. Is it possible that his "intelligence"/"personality" has been afflicted, even early on, by the beginnings of this brain cancer? Was his career performance a manifestation of disease? "A war-mongering miscreant" must be a perversion of normalcy, like brain cancer is a perversion of normalcy. Makes you wonder if there shouldn't be "health requirements" for political office. I read recently about the "Congressional pharmacy" saying these people are on all kinds of drugs, many for dementia/Alzheimer's. My mom's got Alzheimer's, and it's pretty scary to think of her making decisions on her own. And these Congress-persons make laws?!! At least a health requirement would provide an opportunity to weed out the functional psychopaths. hahaha...haaaaa
