  1. "Reservation"? The term, "tribal sovereignty" illustrates the proper perspective: tribal lands are sovereign; do you propose to eliminate native sovereignty?! What there "shouldn't be" is US government "supervision" of tribal sovereign governance! The land "owned" by native americans, by consent of the US government, is governed jointly, essentially. And that's bullshit!
