  1. It'll come down to whether Rittenhouse used "disproportionate force" in his attempt to repel his attackers. Is it ok to shoot someone attacking you with a skateboard? I think so. The skateboard is potentially deadly as a weapon. If one big guy threatens a smaller guy, the smaller guy can shoot him, imo, since death by fisticuffs is definitely possible. My gun speaks for my lack of muscles--that's the fucking idea of an "equalizer"!
