  1. I disagree: the only way to keep the constitutional structure vital is to test its LIMITS. Follow the law, let the chips fall where they may, and adjust the structure, if necessary. But to essentially BREAK the law out of fear that the system wouldn't be able to handle it is despicable! "Protect the nation against uproar"? FUCK uproar! Make some heat; melt the snowflakes!
