Ok, try this on for size: My website, being a collection of text characters (HTML code) created or assembled by me that is not protected from public/anonymous access, is my property; to access my website you must agree to my TOS, as it were; you must explicitly agree to hold me blameless and harmless for any and all aspects of your experience upon accessing my website. This means you agree not to sue me or otherwise seek monies from me for any experience related to my website (including, but not limited to, personal offense at terminology, subject matter, or attitudinal approach). Should you violate this agreement, you agree to be liable for any and all damages amounting to less than $100,000,000.00 US. Am I not allowed to set the requirements for access to MY PROPERTY?!
