I suspect the "multiple cities" thing is accidental propaganda for the left: the higher profile lieutenants have been arrested, so command and control duties have fallen to lower level leadership located, elsewhere, different geographical locations. Now THEY have the attention of law enforcement. When THEY are arrested, command and control duties would fall further, if possible; if not, that would end it. They are trying to make it appear their numbers haven't dwindled, but it doesn't work...If there is another CC level, it's numbers would be even smaller. You always have to remember that this stuff is not happening spontaneously; it is organized, by a handful of people. This is not "civil unrest"; it is organized insurrection, by a hostile ideology...

  2. In their abject mindlessness, mobs can only respond to brute force. A mob cannot respond to reason--it lacks the CAPACITY. So, the "solution" to this violence is really definite; there are no "A" vs "B" considerations that pertain. The maximum force allowed by law should be used, to minimize damage and injury, and to convey a "message".
