This would be a perfect case to sue, say, CNN: news outlets enjoy a certain constitutional deference, as long as they play by the rules, exercise the lawful function of the "press" in informing people conscientiously. This means presenting information fairly and responsibly. When they fail that basic mission, perhaps destroying lives in the process, they should be held accountable for the results of their cultured incompetence!
