At this point, the MESSAGE IS IMPORTANT: militant types will not be allowed to OPERATE. Wanton lawlessness is the opposite of America. If Americans are to retain their identity, their affection for lawful behavior has to be elevated to an "ethic"...an ever-present mindset...
