  1. "I like kids better than people" is the line, I think, that will haunt him: it's a put-down to voters, who are exclusively adult/not kids; and, of course, there's the "I like kids..." left to reverberate endlessly in the digital ether. I'm sure his old-style point was the "photo-op" showing him shaking hands with the kids, no groping; that's supposed to set the optical record straight, in his antiquated mind.
